Shipping policy

Processing Times

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- We do not ship on holidays that the post office or UPS store is closed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

- Estimated delivery times:

     - Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service delays, or weather.

Order Tracking

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

- We currently ship to the United States only currently, we will be looking at other countries in the near future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
